The Bach Family Fundraiser

In memory of Judith (Dudgeon) Hoes, Walter Bollenbach, Bryan Mudge and Beverly Bollenbach the Bollenbach and Dudgeon families decided to raise money in support of The Hope Project at HSC. They affectionately named the project “The Bach Family Fundraiser” and set a goal to raise $7,500.

The Hope Project is a fundraising initiative for the refurbishment of the Acute/Leukemia/Blood & Marrow Transplant/Oncology unit (GD6) at HSC.  Patients on this unit are highly susceptible to infection, and therefore must remain on the unit for a month at a time, and sometimes even longer. The refurbishment will make the unit a more comforting place for patients and their families during a vulnerable time in their lives.

Lois and family designed their own Hope Forward page which enabled them to email friends and family further details on GD6 and how every dollar raised will benefit The Hope Project. The Bach Family Fundraiser has received tremendous support from the Bollenbach and Dudgeon families and as a result has raised over $8,000!
