Savour Mexico is a celebration with a purpose. By attending, you’re not just treating yourself to an exceptional evening; you’re also supporting a noble cause. The funds raised at Savour Mexico will go toward improving patient care at HSC Winnipeg.

Start the evening with a unique 90-minute tasting experience, presented by Manitoba Liquor Mart, featuring wine and spirit stations, and a DrinkSense 0% station.

The evening will feature a curated menu where each bite will be a journey through Mexico’s diverse flavours, crafted by talented chefs who are dedicated to bringing you an authentic experience.

As the evening unfolds, guests can move to the music of Winnipeg’s finest cover band: the Big City All Star Band.

The Savour Mexico: Wine & Food Experience Online Auction is your chance to bid on unforgettable items and experiences—all in support of patient care at HSC Winnipeg. The auction is open to everyone, whether you’re joining us in person or bidding from home. But like the best fiestas, it won’t last forever. Make your bids before 10:30 p.m. (CST) on Saturday, February 21, and help fund life-saving equipment at HSC.

Looking to try your luck? Tickets for our Dream Raffle are now on sale — and you don’t need to attend Savour Mexico to win. Fund-A-Need

This year’s Fund-A-Need campaign is focused on vital upgrades for minimally invasive spine and joint replacement surgery. Our goal is to raise $425,000, with every dollar matched by the Manitoba Spine Program, doubling the impact of donor support.

Funds raised will help acquire an additional Stryker Q Guidance System, along with other essential surgical equipment, including a new anesthesia machine. This advanced technology will allow surgeons to perform procedures with greater precision and efficiency, enabling up to 200 additional spine surgeries and 400 more joint replacements each year—reducing wait times and improving outcomes for patients across Manitoba.
