Savour Mexico is a celebration with a purpose. By attending, you’re not just treating yourself to an exceptional evening; you’re also supporting a noble cause. The funds raised at Savour Mexico will go toward improving patient care at HSC Winnipeg.

Start the evening with a unique 90-minute tasting experience, presented by Manitoba Liquor Mart, featuring wine and spirit stations, and a DrinkSense 0% station.

The evening will feature a curated menu where each bite will be a journey through Mexico’s diverse flavours, crafted by talented chefs who are dedicated to bringing you an authentic experience.

As the evening unfolds, guests can move to the music of Winnipeg’s finest cover band: the Big City All Star Band.

Along with participating in our annual Fund-A-Need equipment purchase, attendees can support the Foundation by taking part in a live auction and trying their luck on a raffle and online auction.
