The Health Sciences Centre Foundation invites you to attend Savour Germany: Wine & Food Experience, presented by Garcea Group of Companies, at the RBC Convention Centre on February 20, 2027.

Savour Germany is a celebration with a purpose. By attending, you’re not only treating yourself to an extraordinary evening—you’re also improving patient care at HSC Winnipeg. Funds raised will support the hospital’s greatest needs, ensuring patients across Manitoba continue to receive exceptional care.

Begin the evening with a unique 90-minute tasting experience, presented by Manitoba Liquor Mart, featuring curated wine stations, premium beer selections, and a handcrafted mocktail station.

Guests will then enjoy a thoughtfully curated menu inspired by Germany’s diverse regional cuisine. From hearty traditional favourites to contemporary interpretations, each course will showcase the flavours, ingredients, and hospitality that make German cuisine renowned around the world.

As the evening unfolds, guests can dance the night away with live entertainment from Winnipeg’s own Big City All Star Band. Along with participating in our annual Fund-A-Need, attendees can support HSC Foundation through a live auction, raffle, and online auction.
