The Health Sciences Centre Foundation invites you to attend Savour New Zealand: Wine & Food Experience presented by Garcea Group of Companies, at the RBC Convention Centre on February 22, 2025.

Savour New Zealand is a party with a purpose. By attending, you’re not just treating yourself to an exceptional evening but also supporting a noble cause. The funds raised at Savour New Zealand will go toward improving patient care at HSC Winnipeg. Since 2009, our Savour partners and guests have generated over $5 million in support of vital initiatives at HSC.

The evening will begin with a captivating 90-minute Tasting Experience where guests can delight in a selection of fine wines sponsored by Manitoba Liquor Marts, Tasting Experience Partner of Savour New Zealand.

Attendees will then embark on a culinary journey through New Zealand’s diverse flavours with a carefully selected menu crafted by talented chefs who are dedicated to bringing you an authentic experience. To complement the menu, a curated selection of wines will be handpicked by a Sommelier from Jones & Company Wine Merchants. Each sip promises to whisk you away to the sun-drenched vineyards of New Zealand.

Following dinner, the highly anticipated live auction will take centre stage. The spirited Fund-A-Need live auction has become a highlight, raising over $1.4 million since 2018 to procure critical medical equipment for HSC. It promises lively bidding and a fun atmosphere, ensuring a memorable evening for all.

As the night unfolds, guests can move to the music of Winnipeg’s finest cover band: the Big City All Star Band.
