Ashley Solomon is the 2019 HSC Millionaire Grand Prize Winner!

Thursday, December 5, 2019—WINNIPEG, MB— The Health Sciences Centre Foundation held its grand prize draw for the 2019 HSC Millionaire Lottery, giving one lucky person the chance to become Manitoba’s newest millionaire. The 50/50 winner was drawn as well. This lottery is supported by the community which in turn provides funding to assist with medical research, technology advancements, and enhanced patient care for Manitoba families.

The winner of the Grand Prize is ticket number 938469 belonging to Ashley Solomon of Winnipeg, MB.

Ashley chose the $1.32 million BC Wine Country home package – including a home in Penticton, 2 BMWs, $200,000 in travel and $400,000 CASH.

The 50/50 prize, totalling $515,550, was won by ticket number 345207 belonging to Trudy Waters of St. Germain S, MB.

Health Sciences Centre is Manitoba’s flagship hospital with specialized support for trauma, neurosurgery, burns, transplants, and psychiatric health. Donations to the HSC Foundation enable HSC to improve care in these and other areas through important research initiatives, training opportunities for health care staff, the acquisition of cutting-edge medical equipment, and the development of new state-of-the-art facilities.
